- Bookings confirmed may not guarantee unit of choice without return of "Guest Registration" & "Debit Authority".
- Advance booking deposit equals two days tariff per week (or part thereof) when arrival date exceeds 30 days of "Confirmation".
- Payment of account balance due on arrival date. Payment can be: cash, Bankcard, Mastercard, or Visa.
Short notice bookings of short stay duration, not allowing 30 days prior notice of cancellation, are due payable.
- Overnight bookings available for an “Executive Spa Apartment” or an “Executive Premier Apartment” attract $20 per night surcharge over 2 – 6 night rates.
- Check-in is 2:00pm at the earliest and late check-in after 6:00pm needs prior arrangement.
- Check-out is 10:00am at the latest. However, late check-out is available at $10.00 per hour, and only by prior arrangement.
- Additional guests can be accommodated on folder beds at $10.00 per night. Cots (BYO linen) and high chairs are available at no charge.
- The telephone is direct dial, via Telstra "Phone Away" Card. STD & IDD calls are also available at standard Telstra rates.
- Prior to departure guests are required to perform courtesy housekeeping responsibilities, or charges may apply.
- Cancellations receive an 80% refund of deposit when prior notice is given more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Accommodation charges are not refundable for non-arrivals or early departures.
- Discount tariffs are subject to cash settlement. Credit card settlements reflect printed “Seasonal Tariffs”.
- Cash settlement bookings require cash or credit card details, and signature as security for bond purposes.
- Bond/Damage/Disrepair charges are the responsibility of the registered guest and credit card authority.
- Facilities within the complex are restricted to registered guests only.
- Visitors to apartments may not exceed the registered number of guests, without approval prior to booking.
- Behaviour standards must meet the Strata Company By-Laws. That is, behaviour must “… not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of others".
- Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate accommodation.
- Unfortunately there are no facilities for pets.
